the mcCormicks family session
So if you live anywhere on the East Coast and you’re a photographer, you haven’t been a happy camper. All this rain wreaked havoc on our scheduled portrait sessions and weddings!
For the McCormicks, we ended up having the most beautiful day we’ve seen in a long time…
Ashlyn was such a little ham. She asked us if we had a Photographer’s License to do these.. 
Cutest. little. boy. ALIVE!
I had .001 seconds to take this picture before he ran away.

I love how it says, “I am how tall this fall?”
I almost didn’t catch this because I was laughing so hard…. Garrett picked this up and declared, “THIS IS A BIG BANANA!!”

LOOK at that face! We loved how Dustin let his true emotion show the whole day…
Doesn’t she just look gorgeous?
D&C had the coolest personal touches…
For example, Charissa got this book “A Lovely Love Story” by Edward Monkton for Dustin while they were dating..
One of the pages says, “The fierce Dinosaur was trapped inside his cage of ice. Although it was cold he was happy in there. It was, after all, HIS cage. Then along came the Lovely Other Dinosaur…”
They placed a book at each table and allowed the guests to take them home as favors… Awesome!
We loved the pop of green they featured throughout the wedding…
How many people get to have their bridal portraits taken on a ski lift!?
Because of Dustin’s secular background, these little trees made the perfect guest name holders!

nicole+ted’s pittsburgh e-session
These two have such an obvious adoration for one another; it made our job easy!
These ones are probably some of my favorites… I love how Ted has his hand on Nicole’s ankle, just under her jeans. CUTE!!
We all thought it was going to be a blustery day so we came prepared with sweaters.. But we ended up ditching them a few minutes into the session.
It felt so great to dip our feet into that water fountain…

Kevin noticed the sign on the left was showing random saturday dates in 2010… So we had N&T stationed in front of the sign JUST in case their date flashed up.
After waiting a few minutes, IT DID!
Nicole was so suprised by it that she turned to look at the sign. We kept yelling, NICOLE – TURN AROUND!!! QUICK!!! 
Pittsburgh is around a 3 1/2 hour drive for us… (But it was totally worth it!) Not only did we get to run around with the sweetest couple discovering cool places…
Nicole got us a beautiful array of donuts for us to enjoy on the ride home! Needless to say, this box was empty when we got home.

Who dosen’t like to keep things simple? Instead of having a bunch of packages filled with things you might not want or confusing album and print credits, we have one basic, easy to understand package and an a la carte menu filled with fun stuff you can add on at any time.
Add albums and prints on now OR after the wedding – whatever works best for you!
